With Continuing Worsening Consequences
Starting in the
1970s and continuing to September 11, 2001,
Department of Justice personnel and federal
judges illegally blocked every attempt
by former federal airline safety inspector,
Captain Rodney Stich, to report the corrupt
and homicidal conduct that he and his
sources
personally discovered, relating to years of
corrupt conduct by key personnel in the
government oligarchy, that resulted aviation
and other tragedies.
Among the
several primary groups in the government
oligarchy that enabled the easily
preventable and forewarned simultaneous
hijackings of four U.S. airliners on 9/11,
were federal judges. They repeatedly and
illegally blocked every attempt by the
corruption-fighter and his sources to
report the misconduct that made the 9/11
airliner hijackings possible. The federal
judges did this despite their mandatory duty
to receive the information on federal crimes
under the
federal crime reporting statute,
Title 18 U.S.C. § 4. Blocking those reports
were criminal acts relating to obstruction
of justice offenses.
Despite the
awesome consequences of their prior
misconduct, they continued their cover-up
practice after 9/11, thereby
protecting themselves from being
recognized as enablers of 9/11. They
continued to illegally block the filing and
presenting of evidence following the events
of 9/11k, enabling even more catastrophic
and calamitous events to occur. They blocked

Most of the legal filings by
Rodney Stich, starting in the 1970s, ended up before the Justices of the
U.S. Supreme Court, making all the Justices fully aware of the gravity
of the issues and the consequences..

After the entire en banc
refusal of the federal judges in New York blocked the filing from
presenting the evidence in that New York City filing, the
corruption-fighter sent a
Petition to
U.S. Supreme Court on Jan 5, 2005. The rejection practice
continued. To have done otherwise would have exposed the complicity
of Department of Justice personnel, federal district and appellate
judges, and the Supreme Court justices.

were DOJ personnel. They were the
same DOJ personnel involved in deep-sixing
advance information of the planned al Qaeda

The placement
of DOJ officials in the 9/11 Commission
insured that the enablers within the U.S.
government oligarchy would not have their
role in the 9/11 events known. (Nor would
the families of the many victims ever have
closure, since they never learned the truth

American people's support, the United States
started killing innocent Afghans from
"safe" high-altitude bombings, before
sending in troops to kill other Afghans.
After several years, U.S. politicians
started the "shock-and-awe" killings of
innocent Iraqis and killing the nations'
leaders. In this way, the leaders of those
two nations, that had kept relative peace
among the various groups from killing each
other, were gone, and killing among
neighbors resumed.
Worse, the governments of
Afghanistan
and
Iraq
had brought their nations relative peace
from the prior civil wars, conditions
where terrorists could not survive; they
were actually reducing the threats to the
United States that thereafter occurred.

Anyone with a modest amount of experience
in the area and a modest intelligence level could foresee the adverse
reactions following the post-9/11 cover-ups and reaction. It would be laughable
if it were not so calamitous. The cover-ups
allowed the corrupt conduct to continue in the U.S. government
oligarchy.
