This site's purpose is to provide a different form of information provided by WikiLeaks, enabling an understanding of what a series of documents can provide, along with connecting the dots. An effort is made to provide an accumulation of documents and information obtained from reliable sources. The primary focus is on major misconduct of people in control of key overt and covert government operations that results in, or enables great harm to people in the United States, to national interests and national security, and people in other countries.
